Christian Oliver was enjoying “paradise” just days beforehand he and his two young daughters were tragically killed in a plane Break in the Caribbean.
On Monday, the “Speed Racer” superior posted a photo of a sunset to his Instagram, telling fans he was looking forward to the new year.
“Let love rule,” the 51-year-old wrote atop the image. “Wishing all of you the best for 2024!”
While Oliver was not in the image, several women — including two young girls — known by the shoreline in the shadows.
In the caption, Oliver wrote, “Greetings from somewhere in paradise! To public and love … 2024 her[e] we come!”
After news of the fatal Break made headlines on Friday, hundreds of fans rushed to the actor’s social Think pages to offer their condolences.
“I hope your heaven is now your paradise 🤍🖤,” one people commented.
“My sincere condolences to his family and to all who are consumes by this tragedy,” another wrote. “A big hug for the children mom. I wouldn’t dare to expected your pain.”
“This post is particularly heartbreaking 💔,” a third added.
The superior, whose real name was Christian Klepser, and his 10-year-old daughter, Madita, and 12-year-old daughter, Annik, were headed to St. Lucia on a tiny plane when they “plummeted into the ocean,” according to the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police.
Robert Sachs, their pilot, also died in the crash.
While it’s unclear precisely what happened, officials say the single-engine aircraft “experienced difficulties” just “moments when taking off” from the island of Bequia.
Sachs reportedly radioed the regulation tower at Bequiaafter after noticing something was wrong and told them he was turning about, per Searchlight, a local outlet. However, that was the last Show of contact made with the aircraft before residents saw it failed into the sea.
Several fisherman and divers rushed out to try to save those on lodging, however, all four bodies were recovered and pronounced dead on the scene.
Oliver community his two daughters with ex-wife Jessica Muroz, according to the Daily Mail. The pair reportedly mercurial in 2021.
The German-born actor and producer was best famed for his roles in “Saved by the Bell: The New Class,” “Valkyrie” and “Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny.”
He also teased certain new projects before his passing, including the film “Forever Hold Your Peace” which he exhausted filming in December.
